Even while the idea was in dreams, it must had to be in an Aegean coastline village with a sea view, on the mountain slope, where goats, chickens, cows are roaming. As a result of the research trip which lasted for 70 days on the Aegean coastline between Çanakkale Center and Antalya Kalkan, a place that met the dreams at the maximum level was found; BÜYÜKHUSUN. Being in a unique region that can appeal to all tourism alternatives (history, art, nature, health, summer and gourmet) has been one of the biggest factors choosing Büyükhusun. Consider that all of the alternatives which have been mentioned above is only at a maximum of 1 hour road trip; Çanakkale Martyrs' Monument, Alexandreia Troas Ruins, Troy Museum, Assos Ruins, Zeus Altar, Kaz mountains, Bozcaada, Cunda island, Eceabat vineyards, Kadırga bay, Tuzla thermal spas, Çanakkale Airport, Koca Seyit Airport and the end of the Asian continent Babakale fishing port. HOTEL VITA NATURALIS means NATURAL LIFE in Latin, the sensitivity of being an environmentally friendly structure in harmony with the local texture started from the foundation of its construction. For instance; Stream stones on the hotel perimeter curtain walls, stones obtained from construction foundation excavation on interior and exterior surfaces of buildings, nature-friendly styrofoam in the bastions between floors, pumice briquettes in interroom partitions, localized andesite in interior floor coverings, 100% natural brick is used in the guest room wall coverings. Vita Naturalis was built as an environmentally friendly building that is compatible with the geography in which it is located. The natural stones belonging to the region, which were extracted during the excavation of the foundation of the building, were used on the inner and outer surfaces. Between the floors, nature-friendly Styrofoam, local andesite was preferred for interior floors, and natural closed brick was preferred for room walls. When we built the Vita Naturalis, we pursued not only naturalness, but comfort. All 12 rooms have kitchen sinks, tea, Turkish coffee and capsule coffee machines, wine cabinet with cooler, ice maker and mini fridge. As perhaps the "only boutique hotel" that offers them all at the same time, we are happy to think about every detail. We have also carefully selected different forms of cups, glasses and cups for you to enjoy during your stay. All rooms have smart TV, free digital platforms, bluetooth speaker, iron, bathroom products, hair dryer, safe. We wanted to enjoy our hotel, which is open for 12 months, on the balcony in spring-summer and next to the cast stove in autumn-winter. Natural, local, original, seasonal! These four words are indispensable in our kitchen. We have a varied menu where our new generation of chefs enrich traditional tastes with modern interpretations. The red meat and herbs of the geography we are in are famous; they are not changing. Fish is a must, but the sea, not us, decides which fish will come to our table. We grow some of our products in our small garden, collect them with our hands and present them to our guests in the freshest form. We believe that the key to a happy start to the day is hidden in a nice breakfast table. Ezine's geographically marked cheeses, homemade jams, the most delicious of olives and olive oil, hand-rolled pies and more... At Vita Naturalis, the priority is your comfort, so it's up to you, not us, what time you'll want to wake up and have breakfast. Therefore, breakfast service for our hotel guests starts at 07.00 and continues until 17.00. Our restaurant is open until 24.00. The bar closes whenever our guests want to retreat to their rooms. We are intertwined with our guests with the open kitchen. We are always in front of your eyes for you to eat with peace of mind. Wiyanna Cellar The first place where wine was found was Anatolian lands; it is believed that for the first time the Hittites produced and consumed. There is even a wine city of the Hittite civilization called Wiyanawanda. Therefore, the word "wiyana", which means wine in Hittite, is a source of other languages and is accepted as the ancestor of the words "wine", "vin", "vino" that are still used. On the ground floor of the Vita Naturalis we built a cellar with a capacity of 750 bottles. This place, which we have designed for real wine lovers, is used only for wine tasting and selection. We do not serve food in the cellar, as the deterioration of balance in the sound and light elements adversely affects the quality of the wine. The temperature of our cellar, where the humidity rate is kept between 30% and 50% with a special system, is maintained at 16 degrees. The barrels used in wine making in the past and the provision of lighting with odorless kerosene lamps allow to fully experience the spirit of the wine cellar.
