Negative Reviews
negative:
Lift and parking inconveniences
The lift service breaks down from time to time, which may pose a problem particularly if you are on the 7th floor. Drivers also need to be aware that the parking offered is located a few blocks away from the hotel.
negative:
Room without a view
The rooms pictured on the hotel website may not match the room you get. Some guests complained that their room faced a wall, while some rooms have no windows at all. Guests were also disappointed to find that, while hotel photos depict brightly decorated rooms that are sunlit, some rooms have dark furnishings and a dark ambiance.
negative:
Unhelpful staff
Some guests reported having negative customer service experiences. You may find reception staff to be unfriendly, unhelpful and unresponsive to needs of assistance. Some guests struggled with their luggage and found that staff were unwilling to provide assistance. You may need to enquire about basic hotel and tourist information as this is not always readily available
