The hotel's location is nice and convenient near the beach and the old town, as well as the shopping area and the various restaurants and bars. There's also a train station and other public transport stops within walking distance.
The breakfast available for guests was found to be a good option by most. Even though it is not free, most guests thought the assortment of items and the nice setting was well worth the price. It was also found to be delicious and lovely to not feel hungry afterwards.
The Internet connection was too slow or would go on and off which was annoying for guests who needed to use the Wi-Fi for work or leisure activities.
There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms which some guests found disappointing. The kettles would have been nice to make a hot drink in the morning. Instead they had to pay extra or head out to get a hot drink.
Some guests had a hard time getting a good rest because the sound of trucks and vehicles from nearby in the early morning would not let them sleep any further. Other vehicles were also found to be noisy in the nights and light sleepers did not get a good rest.
