Guests appreciated how their rooms were stocked with complimentary bottled water and coffee. They thought that it's rare to find those freebies in many modern hotels, and liked how this hotel is still equipped with handy amenities that keep guests' hydrated.

Guests liked the showers at this property. One of the most frequent comments was how the showers were larger than expected. However, guests also called attention to the fact that the showers have a feature where you can adjust the water pressure, and even select some cool mood lighting.

Guests said that because this property is in the middle of the desert, they sometimes wondered how much further they'd have to drive off the interstate before finding it. Furthermore, guests got upset after realising that the area was so out of the way,  it was hard, or impossible, to get mobile coverage, depending on which providers they used.

Guests were disappointed to find that the pool was not maintained as well as it should have been. They said that the water was often cloudy, and when they brought up that comment to the staff, the employees seemed aware of it, but not willing to take action.
