    Courteous and friendly with excellent knowledge of all local attractions and directions.  Welcoming and helpful, they will respond to your questions or needs quickly.  Check-in/out is simple and efficient.

    Standard with expected amenities.  Clean and spacious with cosy beds.  Nice bathrooms with small bath tubs, simple accommodations.  If you can, get a room away from the lifts and exterior doors.
