Many of the guests particularly loved the relaxing facilities on-site, such as the pool and hot tub. The outdoor pool is heated and spacious, making guests enjoy the refreshing waters throughout the year. Moreover, these facilities are clean and well-kept.

The hotel is ideally located in Lake Mary, so guests rated its location as excellent. It is very easy to access, and right across the hotel, there’s a shopping complex with a number of shops and restaurants.

The Westin Lake Mary Orlando North is a favorite venue for different functions, so there are times when it is very crowded due to a convention being held on-site. According to guests, parking spaces are insufficient during these kind of events.

While most of the beds used in the hotel are up to date and of top quality. There are still guests who noted in their reviews that the beds they got are already in need of replacement. Such worn out beds caused them to have sore backs upon waking up.

The food served in the restaurant was not satisfying for most of the guests who have stayed in the past. They pointed out that the coffee was far from good, and that the foods in the buffet have an unusual combination. There are many restaurants within walking distance, though, if you don’t feel like dining on-site.
