Negative Reviews
negative:
High price for lacking facilities
The hotel is not value for money paid as Wi-Fi facilities are charged and cannot be freely accessed either in the rooms or in the common areas. Parking is a facility that also comes with a high charge.
negative:
Staff unprofessional
The staff does not deal with procedures like Check-ins professionally. Nothing is ready and guests are made to wait. Requests like room change are handled incompetently.
negative:
Rooms exposed to noise
Some of the rooms are exposed to a great deal of noise from the central atrium in the evenings when events like weddings take place and in the mornings from housekeeping activities, while some other rooms face problems from the noisy trains passing by. Only rooms in the upper floors are free from noise.
