Dissapointing Spa
Several guests weren't too pleased with their experience at the onsite spa, saying that it lacks the relaxing atmosphere one would expect. The reception area is not warm and welcoming, feeling more like a doctor's office, and the modern lighting is way too bright. In addition, the pool area was often crowded and noisy, though it is also part of the spa complex.

Tech Hiccups
Though most guests didn't have a problem, some said that they had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi and operating the TV.

Slow Service
The staff is generally described as kind and helpful, but several guests complained about the speed of service throughout the hotel. From the front desk, to the bar, to the restaurant, there were instances of the staff operating too slowly and requests taking too long. A few guests also commented that the hotel appears understaffed.
