is beautifully designed and furnished, looking and feeling really luxurious.
Rooms are refined, spacious and very well appointed. Beds are incredibly
comfortable with high quality linens. Large marble bathrooms have lovely
toiletries. With personal attention from the Butler Service, you may not want
to leave.

Given the cost of the rooms and the level of service which the hotel prides itself on providing, some guests are disappointed that free Wi-Fi is not included, and that you can only have free wired internet access. Those who paid for it said that the service was not perfect, sometimes dropping out or being slow.

Some guests were disappointed that when they asked for a taxi the doorman would push them towards using the house car. The disappointment comes from the house car being more expensive than the hotel's recommended taxi company. Guests think if they want a taxi it should not be a problem.
