Each bedroom has its own individual style, and comes with en-suite Victorian or contemporary bathrooms, fluffy quilts and pillows, a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi and tea and coffee-making facilities. Free parking is available on site, dogs are welcome and guests can enjoy fine weather on the terrace or in the beer garden. The bar at The Hare and Hounds attracts people from all around to sample award-winning ales, and fresh, locally-sourced produce is used for all meals.     Proper country inn.

    You will find The Hare and Hounds to be a traditional country inn in the best of ways, and the wonderful valley setting and views makes for great walks and lends a beautiful ambience otherwise known as peace and quiet.

    Guests were very happy with the refurbished rooms, which were found to be of a decent size, clean, featuring lovely bathrooms, and some even coming with roll top baths.
