The condos are well maintained for the most part. Each unit is individually owned so this can vary. Nevertheless, you have a kitchen, pots and pans, dishwasher, and wine glasses. The lovely balcony provides great views and its private.
Overall, the location is good. You are just a few feet from the beach and you can get to nearly anywhere you want to go in Port Aransas. A bus comes directly behind the pier; however, you can easily ride a bike, walk, or drive to many places as well.
The units are individually owned; therefore, there is always the chance that you will get stuck with a unit that requires improvements. You may find units with broken and old furnishings, leftover litter from previous guests, old wallpaper, mouldy shower curtains, dirty carpeting, and more.
You may find plumbing problems in your section of the complex. There seems to be issues with toilets that won't stop running.
The condo reception appears to be somewhat aloof when it comes to issues concerning the facility. They are not the most approachable group and seem to have a nonchalant attitude when it comes to assistance with issues. Most things visitors take for granted like waiting in the lobby until their room is cleaned or paying by credit card are not allowed.
