Like staying with friends
The hosts Terry and Lynette are described as very friendly, welcoming and helpful, happy to accommodate guests in any way they can. They are happy to help with local information and also very pet friendly. Many guests enjoyed the warmth and relaxation of their stay here; getting the feeling of being a friend of the hosts rather than a paying guest.

Negative Reviews
negative:
Shared bathrooms
The Bridge Street Historic Guest House has five guest rooms but only two bathrooms or wet rooms, which have to be shared by all the guests. Being in a home, guests have to pass through the hosts' living room which some guests found to be a little inconvenient.
negative:
On the main road but far from the pubs
The B&B is on the main road and so some
guests found the road facing rooms to be a bit noisy. The closest pub is about
a couple of miles away, making it inconvenient for guests to dine out.
negative:
Small rooms
The rooms in the period cottage are rather small, which is to be expected felt many guests. Others were sorely disappointed with the size.
