Taylard House in Gamlingay is a 19th century part white brick, part stucco residence/ dwelling in "Elizabethan Victorian " style. Kelly's Directory of 1851 called it "a great ornament to the village". This is now a private residence offering the area's finest Bed and Breakfast. Just a short drive from Cambridge, Duxford,Shuttleworth, the RSPB, South Farm and Longstowe Hall, wedding venues, we are well placed for some interesting places to visit. We can offer evening meals with 24 hrs notice, all our prices include full English breakfast, with plenty of choice should you be vegetarian or vegan. We have a comfy sitting room for guests to use, and flat screen TVs in the bedrooms, tea and coffee making facility on request, there is free wifi through the house, and plenty of off road parking in our large drive. We are set well of the road making your stay peaceful and quiet. There are pubs and an Indian restaurant in the village, with more eating choices in the adjoining villages.
