positive:
Walk to Dubrovnik's old city, or take the bus.
Tatjana House is apparently located within walking distance of the Dubrovnik Old City, so like others you may like to stroll through the pleasant streets to get there, just keeping in mind that you will have to deal with plenty of stone stairs on the way back up to the guesthouse. On the other hand, it seems you can head to one of the main roads nearby to take a bus instead.
