The hotel is clean and neat, and this is the impression the front desk gives as well. Housekeeping could do with some improvement. They seem to have their moods as some days the cleaning is tip-top and other days it's terrible.
The hotel area is a bit out of the way, and it works if you plan on staying in that area. It's a bit far from any attractions and taxi drivers prefer not to bother. It's not that close to the main MTR lines; however, thanks to GPS or Google MPS, you will probably eventually figure it all out. However, there is a bus service that stops almost across the street from the hotel.
