With a reported lack of dining or nightlife options in the area, it has been said by previous visitors that the location of the accommodation is somewhat barren. Furthermore, its position away from Munich city centre was also criticised, with it being over six kilometres away.

The size of the rooms was a regular source of contention for past guests that stayed at the hotel. The general consensus was that the rooms were cramped, with a limited amount of storage solutions and moveable space.
