Negative Reviews
negative:
It's a little worn down
Many guests complained that the resort is getting a bit tired. They found small, primarily cosmetic issues with the rooms and common areas, such as peeling paint on the cabinets, flat pillows, frayed carpets, and cracks near the ceilings. They also felt that some of the furnishing and décor were dated.
negative:
There's a lot of bugs
Though most admitted this is a common occurrence in the tropical area, a few guests were bothered by the number of bugs like no-see-ums flying about the resort. Several complained that the bugs would fly in every time they opened the door to their room.
negative:
It's a bit pricey
While most guests were perfectly happy with the accommodations, a fair number felt that the resort charged too much for the quality and amenities of the resort. They expressed that they wished it had either been a little bit nicer, or cost a bit less.
