Tired interiors
While many reported excellent stays, quite a few commented that the appearance of this hotel was a little tired and worn. A fair few thought that its appearance detracted from the current 5-star rating, with some saying that this property was well and truly in need of renovation. Despite scrupulous cleaning, the quality of fixtures, fittings and bed linen was an issue. Many noted stains on carpets, cheap shower suites and dingy sheets.
