St John Villas are five-star luxurious villas situated on the outskirts of Tsilivi, Greece. All the villas have a traditional Zakynthian style, yet are contemporary. Onsite beauty salon, outdoor pool, terrace, garden and mini market are also present. Facilities like laundry, fax, ironing, luggage storage and currency exchange are also available. Guests at St John Villas can enjoy their meals at the onsite gourmet restaurant. Laganas Beach is nine miles away and Venetian Castle is three miles from the villas.
The villas are spacious and well-equipped. Since the maid service is very prompt, the villas are kept spotlessly clean. Private pools in the villas also meet high standards of cleanliness. They have all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Small touches like the welcome pack containing UHT milk, tubes of sugar, instant coffee granules and tea bags were much appreciated by the guests.
The Pergola restaurant offers good food as well as beautiful views especially in the evening. Both the food and service is up to the mark. The mouth-watering barbecues and fantastic cocktails are a must-try according to many guests. Guests can choose from a wide variety of Greek, a la carte and snack menus.
Beautiful beaches are close to the villas where guests can enjoy a good evening stroll. The local supermarket is good enough to purchase the items of daily use that are required by guests making their own meals. Guests can hire local taxis to move around the places.
The Wi-Fi connection was free but erratic, which caused a lot of trouble to guests who wanted to work online.
Some of the guests with small kids felt that the patio door should have locks as it was unsafe for kids who could open the door and move out. They had to block the door with the sofa bed.
Since the villas had roman rolled tiles on the roof, it was full of nesting sparrows. They are noisy and mess up the balcony with their droppings.
