It is a short stroll from various attractions like Picasso museum, Alcabazar, the Cathedral and the sea front. They also liked that several restaurants and bars are in the vicinity of the hotel.

The staff is exceptional at the hotel and guests say the members do everything they can to make them feel welcome. They also guide guests in chalking out the day's tour. Many guests say that they have nothing but praise for the staff of the hotel.

Most guests say that the rooms are small but smart. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is nice and clean with a large walk-in shower. They like the continental breakfast served at the hotel and say it is substantial with lots of choices.

Guests feel providing complimentary bottles of water in the rooms would be a nice touch on the part of the hotel. Some guests say that the rooms are stuffy even with windows opened. There is no air conditioning provided during some months of the year and guests say this issue has to be addressed as the temperatures are quite high in Spain.
