About Saija Lodge

Saija Lodge is situated in the northeast of Finland, south of the Arctic Circle, in the middle of the beautiful and original Finnish nature. The lodge is built directly by the shore of the idyllic Lake Jokijärvi. Our manor is a wooden-built hotel, which offers accommodation, restaurant services and individual or guided activities upon pre-order all year round. Accommodation 20 apartments with an en-suite sauna in log-built houses (for 2-4 persons), two holiday houses and two glass-roofed. All accommodations have their own shower/WC and sauna. The apartments and Sky cabins have a small kitchenette with micro, fridge and water kettle. Free WLAN is available. Eating and drinking: Saija Lodge has a restaurant that manly serves breakfast, half- and full board. We try when ever possible to use local integrients and cook traditional homefood. Activities In summer we offer guided canoeing, hiking, biking and fishing trips. In winter you can choose from husky and snowmobile safaris, snowshoeing, ice fishing, biking and cross-countri skiing. We also rent sports equipment for individual tours.
