First Impressions
The uniforms worn by reception are kind of cool and makes a nice first impression. They're really refined, elegant, and friendly. The hotel is clean and neat, and this is the impression the front desk gives as well. The hotel is in the old part of town, so this gives you the chance to explore the less touristy area of Hong Kong, while staying in a modern hotel.

You Mean This Is Free Too?
Guess what? They offer a free cell phone during your stay with unlimited calling and free Internet! The Wi-Fi is super fast too. It's a great idea and unusual as well.

Buffet Style All The Way
The semi-buffet lunch is delicious. The food is high quality and better than what you would normally expect from a hotel buffet. The service is patient and courteous as well.

Rooms Size For Half A Person
The rooms are very small. If you are with another person you will have to take turns walking around.

Shady Housekeeping
Housekeeping could do with some improvement. They seem to have their moods as some days the cleaning is tip-top and other days it's terrible.

Good If You Want To Stay There
The hotel area is a bit out of the way, and it works if you plan on staying in that area. It's a bit far from any attractions and taxi drivers prefer not to bother. It's not that close to the main MTR lines; however, thanks to GPS or Google MPS, you will probably eventually figure it all out. However, there is a bus service that stops almost across the street from the hotel.
