Negative Reviews
negative:
Noisy Traffic
Though the rooms are soundproofed, some guests say it doesn’t completely eliminate outside traffic noise. The buzz from the road seems to most noticeable on the lower floors, so if you’re a light sleeper, you may want to request a quieter, higher-floor room. Of course, packing a pair of ear plugs doesn’t hurt either.
negative:
Ready to Renovate
Some of the rooms are older and appear very dated and below the hotel’s five-star standard. Guests noticed details like worn furnishings and carpets, as well as the need for a cosmetic refresh. Fortunately, renovations have already begun in parts of the hotel.
negative:
Slow Service
Though for the most part service was great throughout the hotel, guests noticed that getting a drink or snack poolside can be problematic. The area is often understaffed and service can be slow.
