Hotel Rosa del Viento (Tulum, Mexico)

The staff was found to be warm and friendly greeting guests with a smile. Guests felt at ease with the reception of the staff and their nice attitude.

The included breakfast was found to be varied and tasty by guests who were able to choose from omelets, to Mexican style to fruit options. Guests were happy to have an abundant choice in the morning and for this to be included in the price.

The hotel is located at the end of the beach strip and therefore there is a lot of privacy on the white sand beach. Guests were able to enjoy the beach area without much problems with having too many people in the beach area.

Guests who needed to have Wi-Fi during their stay, felt it was annoying to not be able to use it from the comfort of their own rooms. The Wi-Fi was only available from the restaurant which was not the most comfortable place.

The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to have a beautiful beach in front, but not if you wanted to visit Tulum town and other areas. Guests needed to have a car or hire a taxi to get there.

Guests felt the bed sheets and linens to be not very clean as they saw stains on them. They felt these should be replaced or some bleach should be used as it was not a nice thing to see.
