Affordable rates are offered.
After doing some research, this establishment has one of the cheapest central hotel rates in Venice. It lets you save on transportation costs. In addition, there are times when the management gives free vouchers for nearby restaurants and walking tours around Venice.
positive:
Amazing and polite staff.
You cannot find fault in the staff because all of them are polite, cheerful, and knowledgeable. They will go the extra mile to make sure that you have a pleasant stay. They even pick you up whenever you get lost.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Residence is a bit hard to find.
If it’s your first time in Venice, finding the hotel is probably difficult. It is along a bit narrow alley with many towering buildings, which seem to cover the property. Most of the locals do not know the way. Thus, you are advised to bring maps, or ask the staff for clear instructions on how to get to the hotel.
negative:
Shared bathrooms.
Not all of the rooms have private bathrooms. However, the shared bathrooms have good sizes, functional amenities, and are spotlessly clean. The guests respect each other and do not leave any dirt behind.
negative:
Issues with TV viewing experience.
The televisions are not that big. The reception is not that good and only two to three channels are broadcasted most of the time. However, this is not much of a trouble since you always stay outside your room.
