Negative Reviews
negative:
Deal with the light.
The curtains have great patterns and are thick. However, they cannot cover the windows fully. Natural light enters the room and can somehow disturb sensitive sleepers during the afternoon. You can just ask the staff to replace the curtains or wear eye masks.
negative:
Hotel can be noisy.
The windows are not double-glazed. The walls are not that thick. Due to these, some noise enter your room. It’s not that intense most of the time though. You are encouraged to choose the rooms on the upper floors and wear earplugs so you can surely have an undisturbed sleep.
negative:
Some rooms have smoke smells.
The hotel should be a non-smoking property. However, some guests still smoke in their rooms. The smell gets intense and remains despite the room being cleaned. If you encounter this smell, please ask the staff to spray air fresheners. Better yet, ask to be transferred to another room.
