The staff members are very courteous and helpful. With multilingual staff on hand, the hotel caters to a wider clientele base from diverse nationalities. The front desk team is very swift and professional during the check-in/out process.

The bedrooms are very spacious and stylishly furnished. Hygiene is maintained throughout the hotel is of a very high degree. The fitness centre is well air conditioned and has a wide variety of equipment.

Parking at the hotel is very expensive
Some guests find that the valet parking charges are exorbitant. A few were especially concerned because they were using their cars several times a day as their primary means of transport and got charged every time they drove in or out of the parking area.

The hotel's elevator is rather slow
A few of the guests felt that the elevator was quite slow. Sometimes guests got impatient as they had to wait for the lift for too long. It can be a hassle if many guests were waiting to be taken to their floors.

Rooms are not well soundproofed
Walls of the apartments are quite thin and it's very easy to hear what's going on next door. Noise from conversations and footsteps carried easily into the apartments. Rooms on lower floors can get very noisy if you leave the window open at night.
