Positive Reviews
positive:
Spacious, recently refurbished apartments.
The apartments, which have been recently refurbished, have been well received by previous guests. Not only are they spacious and offer plenty of modern facilities, but some of the apartments offer great views of the surrounding area.
positive:
Friendly and helpful staff.
Plenty of previous guests commended the staff at this hotel. Along with being very welcoming, the staff will help you out whenever possible – from dealing with enquiries with your room to phoning for a local taxi.
positive:
Good location in the centre of Benidorm.
Although Primavera Park is not in an ideal place if you want to be in the centre of the Benidorm nightlife, if you want to be near Old Town and away from the hustle and bustle, this hotel is a great choice. In addition, a number of visitors have mentioned that the area and hotel itself is very quiet.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Issues with security.
A number of past guests have worryingly reported that they had items stolen from their rooms when staying at Primavera Park. With that said, the hotel is actively working on making the premises more secure due to these complaints.
negative:
Caters towards Spanish residents.
While this is not necessarily a negative, it should be noted that the hotel primarily caters towards Spanish clientele. This means that the food and entertainment was mainly aimed towards Spanish residents.
negative:
Additional charges.
As the hotel charges for various amenities that are normally inclusive – such as Wi-Fi, access to the safe and use of the television – the price of staying at Primavera Park can become more expensive than first expected.
