A staff member is always there on reception, which is of great help when you need sudden help. They also guide you through the city nearby locations and major tourist attractions.
Guests loved the comfortable and spacious rooms. Rooms are clean, well-maintained and well-equipped with all the basic facilities that a guest needs for a comfortable stay.
Many guests felt that the shower area in the bathroom is quite small and it is quite difficult to move around. Also some guests felt there were not enough shelves and sockets in the bathroom.

Although, the hotel is well-equipped and centrally located, the noise coming from the street, cars and people seemed to be a problem for the guests.
