Hotel Plas Hyfryd (Narberth, United Kingdom)

Again and again guests mentioned how friendly and helpful the staff at Plas Hyfryd were. It seems that many of them truly do go above and beyond what is required to make a guest's stay a good one.

Guests with younger children seemed to be quite impressed with the hotel. It wasn't that they had many special facilities for children, but rather that their attitude was welcoming, unlike some other hotels which only seem to tolerate children. Also, guests mentioned nearby theme parks and adventure centres that were a big hit with the kids

Unlike many hotel reviews nearly all guests commenting on bed comfort found it to be very comfortable indeed. It seems the bed buyers at Plas Hyfryd have found the magic formula.

While guests did enjoy the food served in the on-site restaurant, quite a few went on to add that they thought it was a bit too expensive. It wasn't so much that they were directly questioning the value for money, but whether any small hotel in rural Wales should be charging the posted prices.

It seems that guests who were allocated rooms in the attic were rather unimpressed. They are described as lacking any proper windows, and their slanting roofs were said to make moving about difficult.

While not criticised as much as the Wi-Fi in many other places, there were still plenty of complaints that the Wi-Fi was either too slow or unreliable, and cutout at the most inopportune times.
