Negative Reviews
negative:
Low quality breakfast.
Guests have commented on the breakfast available at this hotel, they report that is is quite expensive and the ood is of a poor quality. The produce used is tasteless and often overcooked, there is very little variation from one day to the next and the selection availabl is limited.
negative:
Renovation is needed.
Some parts of the hotel are outdated and need to be renovated. The furniture and carpets in the common areas and guest rooms are worn and stained. Some rooms smell of stale smoke and the bathrooms show signs of damp and mould.
negative:
Confusing signage.
The hotel has a sign outside stating the words "High Tech" and not the name of the hotel, Petit Palace. This means that some guests struggled to find the hotel as they assumed this was a different one.
