Majority of the guests were pleased with the status of their rooms. In both the guestrooms and the public areas, hygiene was observed. The rooms are well designed, excellently decorated and large enough to comfortably accommodate a family. The bathrooms also were well-maintained.
At the hotel, the staff really will try their best to make your visit an unforgettable one. They are so caring and very attentive to your needs. They take really good care of all their guests as they respond quickly to all queries, requests and concerns.
There are plenty of attractions nearby and the hotel’s location is perfect if you want to explore the city of Orlando and its surroundings. It is well situated close to many attractions such as the Disney Park which is a few minutes’ drive away. Plenty of eateries, shops and bars are also close.
In both the rooms and public areas, slow speeds are experineced. The Wi-Fi signal seemed to be very weak if at all present in some of the rooms. The speeds needed huge boosting mostly in the rooms and also the affected public areas
Most of the guests were not pleased with the quality of the mattresses. They were said to be too soft and too hard. Some beds also were too hard and not comfy especially for those with sensitive backs.
A good number of guests have raised issue regarding the hygiene of the pool area. At times, the pool has been found dirty on several instances by guests who wanted to use it.
