Rooms Feel Luxurious
The rooms here are extremely comfortable with a large bed and an even more spacious bathroom. There is a large shower with a separate soaking style bath tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Each room comes with a balcony for you to enjoy the excellent city views. The rooms have a minimalistic style while also providing little luxurious touches like a well-stocked mini bar and special treats at turndown such as homemade rice krispie treats, oatmeal cookies and popcorn.

Excellent Location for Exploring Lower East Side
This hotel is perfect for easy access to the Financial District and is about a 10 minute walk to SoHo, Little Italy and the Lower East Side. The subway is just a few blocks away for easy access to all that New York City has to offer. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby including the famous Katz Deli as seen in the movie When Harry Met Sally.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and full of advice of places to see and things to do while you are visiting. They are welcoming and professional and extremely focused on customer service.

Nearby Bars Equal Lots of Noise
As you can expect from many city hotels, street noise is disruptive to your sleep. At this location there are a few bars across the street that can be a bit noisy and rowdy especially on the weekends. If you are a light sleeper be sure to request a room on the opposite side of the building and bring a pair of earplugs to ensure a quiet, restful evening.

It is important for you to take note, the windows in the bathroom are not fully frosted and it is likely that people from other buildings can see what you are up to. Take extreme care when you are using the bathroom facilities.

A Little Room Makeover Could Go a Long Way
While this hotel is not outdated, it could use a bit of room refurbishment as the interiors are beginning to look a bit worn. Some rooms could benefit from a fresh coat of paint and the elevators appear to be a bit shabby and run-down.
