The Staff Try Hard to Help.
Guests usually found that the staff here have great attitudes and they work hard to do anything in their power to make the guest experience great. That same attentiveness seems to extend to families, solo travellers and business guests, so you can look forward to great service no matter what.
positive:
The Rooms Are Well Soundproofed.
At many hotels, there's a problem with poor soundproofing, meaning that guests are disturbed by noises from other rooms or passing cars outside. Fortunately though, guests found that the rooms here were very quiet and not prone to noise issues.
positive:
Fabulous Leisure Facilities.
Guests loved the indoor pool, sauna and fitness centre. Not surprisingly, the pool was especially popular with younger guests, but refreshing for everyone who decided to use it to stay active or cool off. Be sure to set aside some time in your stay to enjoy these modern amenities.
Negative Reviews
negative:
It's Hard to Find the Hotel Entrance.
There were many complaints that it was much too hard to find the hotel when coming from the motorway. This problem is partially due to inadequate signage. However, guests usually had much better results when they rang the hotel beforehand to get personalised directions.
negative:
Limited Options for Later Meals.
Although guests mostly agreed that there were lots of choices available for breakfast, that opinion didn't always extend to the offerings provided for later meals. In some cases, guests opted to go elsewhere to meet their later dining needs, but usually weren't too annoyed.
negative:
Air Conditioning Issues.
Some guests felt that the air conditioning system was complicated to use. Furthermore, some guests found that the units in their rooms didn't work well. However, those guests were cheerfully relocated to other rooms that had working cooling systems.
