No8 Skegness is located right on the seafront in Skegness and therefore many rooms benefit from beautiful sea views. It is very centrally located and therefore Skegness and all of its attractions are within easy reach.

The staff working on reception are very friendly and make the check in process smooth and efficient. Staff have received much praise in previous reviews and it seems like nothing is too much trouble for them.

There are a range of room types available from compact single rooms to larger family rooms which can accommodate up to two adults and three children. Rooms are decorated in a lovely, contemporary style and are cleaned to a high standard.

There is no restaurant on site and therefore the accommodation is sold on a room only basis with no breakfast included. The hotel staff are very knowledgeable about the area and are happy to recommend places to eat out.

There is a bar next door, which also has its own beer garden. Noise travels to some of the rooms as well as the smell of cigarette smoke. It is reported that this goes on until approximately 2am and is not just on a weekend. Some guests have said that although they have heard some noise, with ear plugs it has not impacted their stay.

There is no car parking on site so staff have to recommend the nearest chargeable car parks. At busy times it can be a busy making parking difficult, although guests have managed to find a space eventually.
