If you want directions or want to know what there is to see and do in Lisbon then the staff on the reception desk are only too happy to assist you. They are very helpful, always have a welcoming smile for guests to make you feel at home and if you have any issues at all they are quick to act and resolve these.
Some guests were disappointed to discover that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room which is something that you would expect to see in a four star hotel.
The Wi-Fi is complimentary, but the connection is really slow and intermittent so if you want to have a decent connection and stay online you will have to upgrade to an expensive package.
