Negative Reviews
negative:
One of the older Sofitels.
A few guests familiar with Sofitel hotels elsewhere in the world thought that this one in Paris may perhaps have seen better days. Some issues such as the occasional rundown bathroom and a crowded, not-too-impressive lobby area have been pointed out.
negative:
Away from the tourist centre of town.
While the distance of the hotel from the hurly burly of the tourist spots is a plus point for many, especially business visitors, several guests felt that a location closer to the attractions would have been preferable.
negative:
Occasional goof ups.
A few goof ups with bookings, payments and with carrying out instructions of the guests have been reported.
