Hotel Negril Beach Club (Negril, Jamaica)

Most guests enjoyed the fact that their accommodations had all the basics covered including a kitchenette to cook their own meals and a living area. There was plenty of space to move around and each has a balcony available.

The staff were said to be friendly people who took care of their guests. They tried their best to make their guests feel at ease during their stay and answered any questions they might have. They were not intrusive with their customer service.

The hotel is said to be in a great location near a clean and peaceful beach. Guests were able to relax by the beach or head to other places such as a shopping center and various restaurants. It is a quiet place with plenty of shade areas from the trees.

Guests felt the hotel could also provide some amenities which are not extra but are to be expected from renting a unit. Guests would have liked more kitchen utensils to accommodate the number of guests staying. Also, for there to be little but important things like light bulbs and phones.

Guests did not enjoyed having unwelcome bugs in their accommodations such as ants. The rooms were not cleaned properly and there were constant bugs inside.

Guests who stayed here mentioned the management needs to invest in the property as it shows signs of age and use. Some had issues with the water heater, the air conditioning and/or the furnishings were old-fashioned.
