The hotel is well positioned close to a number of transport links such as the Shinjuku Nishiguchi Subway Station that is just a few steps away. Its closeness to JR Shibuya Train Station makes it easy for guests to explore the city's attractions and its surroundings.

Guests can connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi without any problem. The hotel provides its free unlimited Wi-Fi internet access whether they are in their rooms or at public areas. The signal quality is good and the speeds are reasonable.

On arrival, guests are received with a warm welcome from the jolly and lively employees. Their ever smiling faces make guests to feel comfortably quickly and at home. They are also quick to attend to any needs that guests may have and ensures they are well taken care of.

Though the rooms were well-appointed and maintained, some guests felt they were too small in size. The tiny rooms couldn't comfortably accommodate guests that had families or those with bulky luggage.
