Access to the city center was reportedly straightforward and drivers welcomed the proximity of gas stations as well as the ample free parking with spaces for larger vehicles. There was also direct access to Interstate 40 and it was a short drive from highway I-27 plus US Route 87, making it easy to reach beauty spots, area attractions and the airport.
