Positive Reviews
positive:
Terrific location in the Old Town
The guests seemed to like the location for two reasons. Firstly, it was centrally situated in the Old Town, so many of the amenities and attractions they had come to Ibiza for were nearby. Secondly, it was very high up the hill, so it afforded them a bit of a bird's eye views of the town, harbour and bay below.
positive:
Surprisingly quiet
Given the very central location, guests were quite surprised to report that it was very quiet, both during the day and night. Of course many were on the island to experience its nightlife, so they appreciated having a quiet and calm oasis to return to after a (hopefully) crazy night out.
positive:
Excellent airport transfers
Surprisingly, many guests said that their luxury stay commenced even before they had arrived at the hotel. The airport transfer arranged by the hotel was said to be exceptionally professional and luxurious.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Pool really a bit small
While not mentioned as a terribly serious issue by any guests, quite a few did point out that, while the pool terrace was lovely, the pool itself was very small. Perhaps more like a plunge pool, than one really suitable for swimming.
negative:
Quite expensive
While guests did not really question value for money, many did comment that the room rates were very high. Of course they understood that luxury properties like this in Ibiza are all very expensive, but some perhaps felt that they simply shouldn't have paid that much for a hotel room.
negative:
Breakfast a bit monotonous
While they still described it as good, quite a few guests mentioned that there was a limited variety of foods available and that they quickly became bored after a few days.
