The hotel is in a wonderful location near quite a few attractions. There's no problem getting around as the hotel is right near the transport that will take you around the town to all the fantastic bars and cafés. There's a shopping centre across the street too.
The rooms are modern and stylishly arranged. In addition, they are very clean and spacious.
The swimming pool is lovely and the water temperature is ideal. The gym is a comfortable size and there's plenty of room for a good workout. The lifts are very convenient and fun to ride in as well.
The breakfast is not up to scratch, the coffee is awful, and the buffet appears disorganized. You would probably be better off eating at a café close by.
The room service leaves much to be desired and reception takes forever to answer the phone.
This could be a matter of taste, but the hotel doesn't seem like a five-star accommodation. The bathrooms need a good cleaning and the Wi-Fi is not strong enough. Some of the food offerings could be better as well. Overall, the hotel could do with good renovation. The air conditioning is not strong enough either.
