They aren’t huge but they’re clean and contain everything you need. Plentiful supplies of tea and coffee, clean bedding, lots of storage space and plenty of towels supplied. ‘Job’s a good ‘un’ ... as they say.

That’s the Welsh way to describe the location – lush! You can walk with ease to anywhere in the city centre and to Swansea Bay and the Marina. Shopaholics find the 5 minute walk to the main shopping drag particularly appealing!

Find a space and overnight parking - (until 8am, when traffic wardens are fed and allowed out of their cages to roam free) - is unrestricted. Quite a bonus in the centre of any city.

There’s a strange smell throughout the building!

Furnishings and fittings are very dated. A bit like stepping back in time. They’ve made an effort with colour tele and Wi-fi, but that tends to emphasise the age of everything else.

You could be in a room up 4 flights of stairs, so plenty of creaking joints. Flights are quite short though' so no big deal for most. Beds however are old, same as everything else here – and creak a lot. Not the recipe for a good night’s sleep.
