Being keen on the outdoors themselves, they are enthusiastic about the walks, kayaking routes or climbs available. Guests are delighted that they accord so much time to them and even lend them maps and guide books.

Incredible fresh breakfasts
The sumptuous breakfasts are the highlight of many guests' stay. The produce is fresh from the farm, well cooked and there is lots of it too!

Sharing a bathroom can be a pain
Guests are aware that they'll have to share a bathroom in advance. For many this is all part and parcel of the country experience. As the hotel tries to limit guest numbers to six at a time, most find it is not too problematical. However, when the only toilet is in the bathroom and it is occupied, their good-will can be pushed to the limit!
negative:
Tea and coffee making not in the room
Ever conscious of the environment, the owners have installed a tea and coffee station on the landing rather than each room. Some guests, however, are not happy that they don't have their own facilities in their room.
negative:
A bit isolated
For some guests this B&B is too remote. Being cut off from everything, however, is what a stay in this farm is all about for most guests. You may have a bit of difficulty finding it on your GPS though.
