Positive Reviews
positive:
Fantastic location.
Lenno is close to both the beautiful waterfront of Lake Como as well as restaurants, shopping outlets, and galleries in the main town area, making it an ideal hotspot for your Italian getaway. The region's rural charm is just outside your door at Lenno, and both cabs and water taxis are always available.
positive:
Reasonable parking.
Although there is a surcharge attached to the private parking at Lenno, it's well worth the cost, since it can be hard to find parking in the area, especially for long-term stays. If you plan to travel throughout the region and absorb the various sights, this is a great way to keep your car at hand.
positive:
Traditional breakfasts.
The breakfast menu at Lenno is comprehensive and full of Italian classics, which will keep you full and satisfied between outings during your trip. Furthermore, its range of pastries and drinks are particularly nice.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Inconsistent Wi-Fi.
In some areas of Lenno, the Wi-Fi is just as fast as the wired services. Unfortunately, you'll also suffer from areas where the signal is too weak, and you'll be unable to do anything beyond basic web browsing and messaging.
negative:
Dated appliances.
The air-conditioning, hairdryers, and other appliances were sometimes too old to be properly used, and had a tendency to malfunction if used for too long. Some of the fixtures were also displaying signs of age and neglect.
negative:
Small bedrooms.
The bedroom units at Lenno are a bit smaller than you might find in other hotels, which leaves less room for luggage storage or general movement. While this issue isn't crippling, it could be improved by replacing some of the larger furniture pieces.
