Negative Reviews
negative:
“There was no…”.
Quite a few negative reviews began with the words, “There was no…”. It seemed that a great many things had run out or were missing during several guests’ stays. There was no trash can, no toilet paper, no butter knife at breakfast, no hot water and, the most egregious example, no water at all.
negative:
It could use some repairs.
Guests reported many maintenance issues with their rooms. They complained of half broken radiators that left them shivering all night, showers that cut out halfway through bathing, TV’s that didn’t work, and doors hanging off the hinges.
negative:
The rooms are not particularly nice.
From the cracks in the mirror to the thin, peeling paint to the threadbare carpets, guests were not exactly thrilled about the décor in their rooms. On top of that, may found that the rooms were still disturbingly dirty when they checked it. They complained of dust everywhere, and spider webs in the corners.
