Good facilities
Although it doesn't have the resources of the larger accommodation choices in Las Vegas, this hostel is well-equipped in terms of facilities. With an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, comprehensive kitchen area, secure on-site parking, and so on, the facilities are certainly an added bonus for budget travelers.
positive:
Basic but comfortable rooms
While the rooms at the Las Vegas Hostel are simple in what they offer, a large number of previous guests were happy with how nice the rooms were. This included the beds being comfortable and the air conditioning working really well.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Location is out of the way
Despite the fact that the Las Vegas Hostel is only a few minutes' walk from the famous Fremont Street area, it is some distance from other major attractions the town has to offer - especially when compared to other accommodation choices. In addition, many guests have said that the hostel is in a rough area of Las Vegas.
negative:
Breakfast is limited
The hostel offers an all-you-can-eat breakfast for all guests, but the choice is limited to pancakes - which you have to make yourself. As a result, options are very much limited when it comes to breakfast at this accommodation.
negative:
Cleaning overlooked
While some guests were happy overall with the level of cleanliness at the Las Vegas Hostel, a number felt it was an area of weakness, and certain areas of rooms were overlooked.
