Positive Reviews
positive:
Prime position in a quiet area of Rome
With the Colosseum, various restaurants, bars, shops and other attractions all a short walk away, the hotel’s location was a highlight for virtually all former guests. In addition, and despite its central position in the city, the accommodation is considered to be in a peaceful neighbourhood.
positive:
Wonderful service from helpful staff
The staff members representing the accommodation have received rave reviews from nearly every former visitor. The service supplied was regularly thought of as exceptionally friendly and warm, and the front desk personnel in particular would supposedly go out of their way to help whenever needed.
positive:
Tasty breakfast buffet to start the day
Most previous guests were really pleased about the complimentary breakfast buffet that was supplied by the hotel. The breakfast served was often described as fresh, varied and tasty overall.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Bathrooms on the small side
The size of the accommodation’s en-suite bathrooms was criticised at times by previous visitors, with it said that they are noticeably small. This lack of space has also led to a lack of bathtubs in some of the bathrooms, which again was a disappointment for some.
negative:
Rooms missing amenities
A minor grievance for numerous former guests was the omission of certain amenities in the hotel’s rooms. With the rooms reportedly missing items such as refrigerators and tea/coffee making facilities, they have been labelled as somewhat basic as a result.
negative:
Old-fashioned in areas
Although it was far from a serious problem, it has been noted that certain areas of the accommodation – such as the room furnishings and dining area – were somewhat dated and old-fashioned in their style.
