Incredibly, quite a number of guests reported that some basic facilities that were advertised, for example hot water and pieces of furniture, were simply not supplied. It didn't seem as if the management were interested in listening to them complaining. The absent amenities never seemed to show up during the course of a stay, no matter how much complaining was done.

Guests were not at all happy with the cleanliness of the motel. The specific complaints were numerous, far too numerous to list, but certainly more than one guest found it to be so dirty that it earned the designation “filthy”. They did not feel as if they were in a hygienic environment.

Going by the reviews, it seems that many of the rooms here are occupied by permanent residents. It appears that they may be staying there on some sort of government program, but whatever their position, a number of guests reported that they appear to include many prostitutes and drug addicts among them. Of course this made the guests feel unsafe, with some even being afraid to fall asleep, lest they be attacked by one of the permanent residents during the night.
