The blackout drapes are fantastic. They are free from dust and are effective in blocking the light from the outside. The drawers are free from any trash or scratch. Moreover, the vanity area is made of granite and is big enough.

Even if some guests booked rooms weeks before they stay, the staffs still encountered difficulties in confirming the reservation. There are times when the room is not ready yet, so guests have to wait for 15 minutes at least. Moreover, there were also some charges in the bill, which do not make sense.
